Migdalia Rivera Rodriguez “ Dalia “ 52 of Hartford, CT. Dalia was born on 08/22/1969 in Puerto Rico and moved to Hartford in 1988. She passed away Monday April 10, 2023 with family by her side. Dalia was a beloved Mother,Grandmother, Aunt and sister. She leaves behind to mourn her loss her children Noel Rivera, Virginia Colon-Rivera, Misael Rivera and Carmen-Alicia Rivera. Dalia also leaves behind her grandchildren Noel jr., Misael jr, Jalicia, Joel, Daniel, ZaChary, ElaineLuna and Noelani. Dalia was dearly cared for and leaves behind her daughter-in-law Valarie Ortega Rivera. Dalia loved all her brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews. She was a great friend to everyone. There wasn’t a human in this world she did not like, she loved everyone. Dalia was the happiest soul who spoke the truth whether you liked it or not. She will be missed dearly and will remain in our hearts forever.
