In loving memory of Jose Ramos, born on November 9, 1947, in Cidra, Puerto Rico, to his parents Carmelo Ramos and Ruperta Galarza. He lived a happy life with his wife of 38 years, Carmen R. Burgos. A dedicated carpenter throughout his life, he played an instrumental role in building houses alongside his siblings in Puerto Rico. Known for his quiet demeanor, he possessed a deep passion for fishing and hunting, and he took joy in cooking the fruits of his labor. A great husband, father and grandfather.
His commitment to his work was evident in his resilience, as he faced the harshest weather conditions while working diligently to construct a home for his beloved wife, who also preceded him in passing.
An individual of immense respect and friendliness, Jose left a lasting impact on those around him. His interest in antique cars and fondness for recounting tales of the 1900s and Puerto Rican history enriched conversations with his loved ones. He found solace in watching Western movies and reminiscing about his youth. Alongside his passion for cooking, he reveled in the simple joy of savoring a delicious meal.
Jose Ramos, a man of quiet strength, dedication, and kindness, will forever be cherished and remembered by those who loved him.
